The Dutch Gambling Authority, Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has announced a new initiative to supervise the organisation and distribution of remote gaming services. The regulator will focus on all licensees operating in the country and included in the Control Database.
The KSA follows the unified Gambling Act (Wok) and related documents in its responsibilities and rights.
