A prominent gambling software supplier, International Game Technology (IGT), has inked a long-term agreement with Red Earth Casino. Under this new deal, the venue will replace its current management system with IGT Advantage solution, marking a major step towards modernising its operations.
Details of the Contract
As part of the upgrade, Red Earth Casino will completely renew its systems' hardware. The venue will also introduce IGT’s Avento technology to provide more flexible and efficient services.
To further improve guest experiences, the casino will implement:
- W2G Accrual;
- Mobile Responder;
- M5 content management system.
These additions are designed to bring more personalised and dynamic services to the gambling venture, offering a better tailored approach to every guest.
Along with these improvements, Red Earth Casino will also adopt IGT’s latest FloorNet architecture. This technology is built to enhance the speed, reliability, and overall performance of the management framework.
The casino will also implement SystemWatch, a monitoring tool that will keep track of technology health 24 hours a day, ensuring any problems are quickly detected and solved.
