Kambi has revealed its plans to become a provider of sportsbook products for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) enterprise, a government agency.
After completing the contract, the developer will assume obligations as the exclusive betting supplier in the state’s gambling market for several years until 2032. Previously, the FDJ Group acted as an official industry partner for the OLG.
Key Details of the Agreement
Kambi’s team expects to replace the former distributor in the 2nd half of 2025. This time is required to prepare and conclude the transfer agreement and a phased multi-channel migration. The company will have to make significant upfront investments to close the deal officially, but this will not affect its operating expenses this year.
Before the reform of Ontario’s gambling sector in April 2022, the government agency was the only source of digital projects in the province.

The OLG owns the Proline online brand and is represented in about 10,000 retail locations.
