Previously, the operator had an exclusive right to use the supplier’s content in the US until 2026. Now, the length of the deal is shortened to 2024. However, GAN will remain a key strategic distributor of Ainsworth after the date.
Details of the Agreement
The new contract will be beneficial for the provider due to increased flexibility in the United States.
As of March 31, 2024, there will be such changes:
- the yearly guaranteed licence commissions are set to be discarded;
- the provider will obtain extra remuneration of 1.25 million ordinary shares in the partner’s brand.
Ainsworth will still hold the gambling profits from operators that use its products. Furthermore, there will be earnings from aggregation systems like GAN. The gaming supplier expects increased profit in the US due to new integrations with North American operators.
