A gambling corporation based in Sweden, Evolution, has made a tactical decision to enhance its offerings by purchasing Arcadia Gaming Solutions, a Dutch technology firm specialising in arcade-style online entertainment.
The deal, valued at an initial € 2.5 million, is expected to finalise by the end of 2024. In addition to this upfront payment, Evolution has also confirmed future earn-outs in 2027, dependent on Arcadia’s performance within the gaming sector.

Earlier this year, Evolution also announced its intention to obtain Galaxy Gaming for $ 85 million, with the transaction expected to conclude by mid-2025.
