The UKGC has officially published the upcoming rules that are set to protect customers from any harm and monitor their activity intensively. The document, designed to give an extra layer to customer protection, will become official in September.
The fresh regulations were first announced in April this year. Currently, they are under revision and are directed at the operators, who now will be required to comply with them.
The newly accepted rules will be more comprehensive and strict, according to the regulators. Before officially introducing a variety of new obligations, the commission has posted the guide on its website so that all operators could get acquainted with them.
The record that can be found on the website contains 27 pages of requirements that centre around customer interaction that operators are expected to perform.

The guide was officially written and shared with the business owners to be clear on everything that is expected from them. Any identification of a potentially dangerous situation will be followed up by involving law enforcement.
Mr Rhodes mentioned that with the increased costs of living, it is significant for business holders to comply with all the requirements presented by the commission. Due to this, all the clients who are in danger can be identified.
The representative also remarked on the meeting where the biggest risks will be discussed, including:
