A contract was struck by Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, the distributor of the Portuguese national lottery, and the IGT Global Solutions Corporation.
After an acquisition process, the contract will result in the introduction of IGT's Retailer Vue sweepstakes terminal in the country. By 2023, up to 7,200 equipment units should be supplied.

This outcome was coupled with an underwhelming fiscal quarter, with a 2% yearly decline in total profits. But IGT's global gaming segment went well, reaching $ 330 million, an increase of 21%.
