According to the arrangement, the provider will deliver its land-based and web bookie technologies to the partner’s racetrack and gaming establishment.
The brand will help the complex launch its internet operations under the name «Oaklawn Sports» if the state passes the relevant statutes. Any form of web gambling is still illegal in the jurisdiction.
The provider will keep supplying Oaklawn with its commercial wagering developments. The new partnership replaces the previous one, under which the complex has been offering betting services through Kambi's retail bookmaker system since last year.

State Measures
The state’s JBC approved a set of rules from the local commission that permit digital sports betting within the region. The rules identifying internet wagering as a lawful form of casino content in the region have been adopted by the Rule Review Subcommittee.
Gaming venues may be granted betting licences. This way, they will be allowed to collaborate with online bookmakers. However, vendors are not permitted to take more than 50% of profits.
Up to 2 digital brands may be created by licensees, and each of these companies must prominently display the operator’s name.
Sports wagering would be subject to the same taxation as other forms of gambling, with total revenue exceeding $ 150 million being charged a 20% fee instead of 13%.
