IGT, the world leader in the gambling industry, has completed the acquisition of the Maltese unique product developer iSoftBet for over $ 160 million.

In April 2022, International Game Technology finalised the agreements for buying the provider. This is seen as a crucial business deal to support the interactive online department of the corporation.
IGT’s PlayDigital content library will expand to 225 exclusive games after acquiring the European supplier.
The buyer will also get:
- an efficient aggregation platform with products from other famous providers;
- advertising instruments;
- software for client engagement.
New Management
The transaction was IGT's first merger and acquisition under the direction of a new leader Vince Sadusky. He was charged with creating the digital department's new identity.
According to the expert, iSoftBet and its employees are valuable for enhancing the provision of iGaming products to current European and new North American customers.
