The creation of 215,600 new gaming accounts is another accomplishment of the first quarter. However, this represents a decrease of more than 34.5% compared with the same dates in the previous year.
At the end of the time frame, 118,900 individuals had decided against participating in online gambling by self-restricting themselves.
SRIJ ordered to shut down 82 portals and barred access to another 71 platforms that were operating illegally.
Proceeds from the terrestrial vertical for the quarter fell by more than 7% to € 54 million, from which:
- slot machines — € 43,9 million;
- board games — € 9,4 million;
- bingo and poker — € 663,950.
