The local regulator stated that advanced monitoring tools will be used to control payment transactions strictly. Players' wins go with a 15% commission if their amount exceeds R$ 2,824.
Failure to comply with the established rules will result in the revocation of companies' licences. Additionally, businesses will lose the opportunity to promote themselves in the country in any way, including direct ads and sponsorship.
