IGT Global Solutions has extended its cooperation with the NCEL, North Carolina’s Education Lottery, for 10 years. The agreement will enter into force on July 1st, 2027, and remain valid until the summer of 2037.
Details of the Prolonged Contract
The NCEL is one of the provider’s most valuable partners. The 2 brands have been working together since the operator’s launch in 2006.
As part of this collaboration, IGT supplies North Carolina’s studio with its proprietary centralised product Aurora, an adaptive module of OMNIA, an omnichannel lottery project.
After the announcement of the contract extension, the developer has committed to providing the partner with:
- about 4,000 Jackpot boards;
- around 2,000 lottery hardware units;
- an expanded range of product testing tools;
- the improved Wizard back office business apps;
- a dual cellular network for better communication;
- up to 8,500 new Retailer Pro S2 terminal cabinets;
- 500 self-service devices of the GameTouch 28 model.
IGT’s professionals crafted Aurora and all the related software modules specifically to boost innovation and increase profitability in the land-based and iLottery segments. The solution will provide the partner with convenient apps for optimising all administrative processes.
The product’s key feature is the availability of unique tools for expanding game libraries remotely for several outlets simultaneously.
The following Wizard modules are responsible for operations in real time:
- Sales;
- Retailer;
- Learning;
- Performance.
Reposting possibilities will also be improved so the sweepstakes brand can better understand the statistics and change its current strategy promptly.
