Terms and Conditions
Terrestrial operators are allowed to work only in restaurants or hotel complexes. For the first location, at least 100 seats should be provided, while for the second one, there must be 20+ rooms. The slot machine halls must be separate from any other kind of commercial activity.
Casinos located in Bishkek must have 10+ gaming tables, while in other cities there should be 5 or more. The slot saloons must contain at least 30 automates.
It is obligatory for operators to have currency exchange spots licensed by the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.
Players are not allowed to use credit cards to finance their amusements, except in only ground slot machine halls. Automates' RTP should be not lower than 75%.

The Kyrgyzstan Cabinet of Ministers will form an authorised body to monitor the industry soon. Also, the cost of the licence maintenance will be disclosed.
The latest bill will be transferred to President Sadyr Japarov. If he signs it, the rules would enter into force half a year after publication. The Cabinet of Ministers will establish the gambling work standards within 1 month after reporting.
